End User License Agreement
Effective date: October 30, 2026 · This EULA is the license agreement referenced by the store listing.
1. The Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Adelyons Software LLC, not with Google LLC or Apple Inc. Adelyons Software LLC alone is responsible for Shot Form Lab and its content. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
2. Scope of Licence
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Shot Form Lab on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from, including any sharing with family members those rules allow.
3. Subscriptions
Shot Form Lab Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The annual subscription may begin with a free trial, as shown at the point of purchase. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices are set by the store in your local currency and are always shown to you by the store before you buy.
4. Maintenance & Support
Adelyons Software LLC is solely responsible for support and maintenance. Google and Apple have no obligation to provide either. Support: dev@adelyons.com.
5. Warranty
The App is provided without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law. Shot-form measurements are estimates from a phone camera and are for training feedback only, not medical or safety advice. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty that cannot be excluded by law are the sole responsibility of Adelyons Software LLC.
6. Product Claims
Adelyons Software LLC, not Google or Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.
7. Intellectual Property
In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Adelyons Software LLC, not Google or Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
8. Third-Party Terms
Billing is handled by Google Play and processed through RevenueCat. The optional invite feature and the other-Adelyons-apps card use a backend hosted by Supabase on our behalf. Pose detection runs on your device using Google ML Kit. You must comply with the terms of the store you obtained the App from.
9. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
