End User License Agreement
Effective October 15, 2026
1. The Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Adelyons Software LLC, not with Google LLC. Adelyons Software LLC alone is responsible for Vending Route and its content. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
2. Scope of Licence
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Vending Route on any device that you own or control, and in a web browser, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from. The licence is for use within your own business.
3. Subscriptions
Vending Route Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Where a free trial is offered it is disclosed at the point of purchase. On the phone, payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase; on the web, to the card you give Stripe. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage and cancel Play subscriptions in Google Play, and web subscriptions from Account & billing in the web app. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices are set by the store in your local currency and are always shown to you by the store before you buy.
4. Maintenance & Support
Adelyons Software LLC is solely responsible for support and maintenance. Google has no obligation to provide either. Support: dev@adelyons.com.
5. Warranty
The App is provided without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of Adelyons Software LLC.
6. Product Claims
Adelyons Software LLC, not Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.
7. Intellectual Property
In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Adelyons Software LLC, not Google, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
9. Third-Party Terms & Attribution
Billing is handled by Google Play (processed through RevenueCat) and by Stripe on the web. Operation data and sign-ins are stored by Supabase on our behalf. Machine inventory and sales may come from Nayax when you connect it. The Barlow, Barlow Condensed and JetBrains Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
