Par Card — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Par Card mobile application and its Apple Watch companion (the "App"), published by Adelyons Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms, to our End User License Agreement, and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The App
Par Card is a golf scorecard, statistics tracker, GPS rangefinder and AI coach. Scoring in every game format, unlimited round history, the full statistics dashboard, lock-screen live scoring, and one free scorecard scan plus one free swing analysis are free. Par Card Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the GPS rangefinder and satellite view, the Apple Watch companion, ongoing AI coaching, swing analysis and scorecard scanning, and scorecard sharing and PDF export.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Par Card Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account. Available plans: annual (with a 7-day free trial), monthly, and weekly.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Customers who previously made a one-time "Premium" purchase retain access to the features that purchase unlocked.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in violation of applicable law. Accounts and Pro features are for your personal use.
4. Disclaimers
GPS distances, course/green data, and AI coaching are provided "as is" for informational purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for any safety-critical decision; use your own judgment on the course. The App is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
