Privacy First — Your Health Data Stays on Your Phone
Upright is built local-first. Here's exactly how it works:
- No account, no cloud, no server. You don't sign up or log in. There is no backend that receives your data.
- Health data never leaves the device. Symptoms, salt & fluid logs, standing tests, medications, and notes are stored only in a local database on your phone.
- On-device reports. Your PDF is generated locally — it's shared only if and when you choose to share it.
- One billing helper. The only data that leaves your phone is purchase/subscription data, handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat to validate Upright Pro. That's it — never your health data.
- You're in control. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it permanently removes everything from your device.
