How does Bloom work?

Are Bloom's affirmations written by AI?
No. Every note in Bloom is written by a real person you invited. Bloom does not generate affirmations with AI, and there are no generic quote packs.
Who can see the notes in my Bloom box?
Only you. Notes in your box are visible only to you as the owner, and contributors see only their own membership — never anyone else's notes and never a public social graph.
Can people leave voice notes and photos, not just text?
Yes. Someone writing to you can leave a text note, a voice clip you can hear out loud, or a photo. Hearing a person say it in their own voice is often what makes a note land.
Can I set up a Bloom box as a gift for someone else?

What happens if someone leaves an unkind note?
You can report any note and remove it instantly. Bloom has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content, and reports are acted on within 24 hours.
How do I delete a note or my Bloom account?
You can delete individual notes, a box, or your entire account at any time from within the app, or by emailing dev@adelyons.com. Account deletion removes your boxes, notes, and media within 30 days of the request.

Your Privacy
Bloom is a private, cloud-synced box. Here's what matters most:
- Private & invite-only: There are no public feeds or profiles. Notes in your box are visible only to you.
- Real people, no AI: Notes are written by people you invite. We do not generate affirmations with AI.
- Secure cloud storage: Your notes, voice clips, and photos are stored securely in Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest, in a private bucket.
- No ads, no data selling: We never sell your data or show ads. Bloom's emotional contract is incompatible with both.
- Invite-only, by private link: You grow a box by sharing a private invite link you can revoke at any time. Bloom never reads your contacts and never builds a public social graph.
- Delete anytime: Delete individual notes, a box, or your entire account whenever you want.
