This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us") for the Debt Ladder application ("Debt Ladder"). By installing or using Debt Ladder, you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Debt Ladder on any device you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of Debt Ladder; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; or (d) present the App's projections to others as financial advice or as a guarantee of any financial outcome.
Debt Ladder is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. The debts, payments, and plans you create with Debt Ladder are yours.
Debt Ladder Pro is available as an auto-renewing annual subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial, an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase that does not renew. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, and subscriptions are managed in your device's store settings. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Debt Ladder is a calculator and planner. Payoff dates, interest figures, and comparisons are estimates derived from the numbers you enter and will differ from your lenders' actual figures. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, tax, or credit advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Debt Ladder is local-first: your debts, balances, and payment history stay on your device, and the App never links to a bank account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Debt Ladder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any damages, including financial loss, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Debt Ladder and delete it.
This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC only, not with Apple or Google. The app store provider is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, which may refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider has no other warranty obligation for the App.
