Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Auto Lot Finder ("the App"), developed and operated by Adelyons Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The service
Auto Lot Finder is a business tool that maps vehicle locations across a lot using broadcasts from vehicles' built-in tire pressure monitoring (TPMS) sensors, received by radio hardware that you purchase, own, and operate on your own premises. The App is intended for businesses — auto dismantlers, salvage yards, tow and impound lots, auctions, and dealerships — and not for consumers or individuals under 18.
2. Your hardware, your premises
Receiver hardware is not included with the App. You are responsible for purchasing, mounting, powering, and maintaining receivers, and for ensuring that operating them is lawful at your location. The App is designed to track only vehicles that you have explicitly checked in through the intake process on lots you control.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your organization. Keep your sign-in email secure; we authenticate by magic link and never collect passwords.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- The Scout plan is free. Paid plans (Yard, Operations) are billed monthly or annually through your app store account and include a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your app store's subscription settings.
- Plan limits (lots, monthly intakes, history retention) are described on the pricing page and in the App and may be adjusted with notice.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by app store policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the App only to track vehicles in your business's lawful custody or ownership.
- Do not use the App or associated hardware to track people, or vehicles you do not control.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, or access another customer's data.
- Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
6. Your data
Your vehicle inventory and movement data belong to your business. Our collection and handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data as described there.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Sensor recognition coverage varies by vehicle make, model, and year and improves over time; we do not guarantee detection of any particular vehicle.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App provides operational convenience, not a security or theft-prevention system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of vehicles, data, profits, or business.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 6–8 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
