Pitch & Swing Lab Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Adelyons Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Pitch & Swing Lab mobile application (the "App"), distributed under the package identifier com.adelyons.baseballcoach. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, where it is processed, and the limited cases in which any data leaves your device.

Our commitment: Pitch & Swing Lab is built as an on-device tool. It records or imports a video of a baseball or softball swing or pitch, analyzes the mechanics on your phone, and stores the results locally. We do not operate a server that receives your videos, we do not require an account, and we do not sell data.

2. Information Processed On Your Device

The following is created and stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us:

• Videos & Frames: Clips you record or import for analysis, and the individual frames used to compute mechanics. These are processed on-device and never uploaded.
• Analysis Results: Computed values such as attack angle, swing path, estimated bat speed, arm slot, release, estimated arm speed, the pose-skeleton data, and the 0–100 mechanics score.
• Training History: Your saved analyses and any notes, stored in a local database on the device.
• App Settings: Your preferences, such as units (mph/kph) and which analysis mode you last used.

Because this data lives only on your device, it is removed when you delete an item in the App, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App.

3. Camera & Photo Library

• Camera: Accessed only while you are actively recording a swing or pitch in the App. We do not access the camera in the background.
• Photo / Media Library: Accessed only when you choose to import an existing clip to analyze. The App reads the clip you select and nothing else.

The footage captured or imported through these permissions is used solely for on-device analysis and is not transmitted off the device.

4. Optional Purchases (Pitch & Swing Lab Pro)

The App is free to use, with an optional Pro upgrade. Purchases are the only feature that involves data leaving your device, and they are handled by trusted providers:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: When you buy or restore a subscription or the lifetime unlock, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We never receive or store your payment-card details.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage and validate Pro entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, app-generated identifier and your purchase/subscription status, along with basic device and app information needed to deliver and restore your purchase. It does not receive your videos, analyses, or any personal profile (we collect none). See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

If you never make a purchase, no purchase-related data is sent.

5. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect, upload, or store your videos or analysis results on any server.
• We do not require an account, email address, name, or login.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not use advertising identifiers or any cross-app tracking, and we do not show ads.
• We do not access your contacts, call logs, or messages.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your videos, analyses, and history are stored only on your device, you control them directly:

• Delete in-app: Remove individual analyses from your history at any time.
• Clear or uninstall: Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.
• Purchase records: Subscription and purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are retained under their respective policies. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your device's store settings.

7. Security

Your analysis data stays within the App's private storage on your device, protected by your device's operating system. Communication with the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat for purchase handling uses encrypted (TLS) connections. No system can guarantee absolute security, but keeping analysis on-device means there is no central database of your videos to breach.

8. Children's Privacy

Pitch & Swing Lab is a sports-training tool that may be used by youth athletes, often with a parent or coach. The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children. It is not directed to children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal data, and because the App collects no personal data, none is knowingly collected from children. Parents and coaches manage the device and any optional purchases.

9. Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale. Because Pitch & Swing Lab does not collect or store your personal data on our servers, we hold nothing to disclose, correct, or sell. You can exercise full control over your in-app data using the deletion options above. For any purchase data held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, contact those providers or reach us using the details below and we will help.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
