How It Works
🎬 Upload Any Game Video
Record or upload your game footage — phone video, camcorder, anything. Baseball Tracker processes full games (even multi-hour files) by splitting them into segments and analyzing each one.

Powered by Google Gemini, the AI identifies each pitcher, batter, and runner by name — then pulls pitch velocity, pitch type, exit velocity, hit outcome, and sprint time from the video automatically.
🎯 Strike Zone Heatmap
See exactly where every pitch was thrown in the 3×3 strike zone, color-coded by pitch type. Filter by count (0-0, 1-2, 3-2, etc.) to expose pitcher tendencies and batter vulnerabilities.

Privacy
Baseball Tracker is a cloud-based platform. Here's what you need to know:
- Video Processing: Game videos are uploaded to secure servers and analyzed by Google Gemini AI. Videos are not retained by Google after analysis.
- Cloud Storage: Your profile, stats, and video files are stored securely in Supabase (encrypted at rest and in transit).
- Public Leaderboards: Player names, positions, ages, locations, and athletic metrics are visible to other users by default. You can hide your profile via Private Mode in settings.
- No Ads, No Data Selling: We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
- Location: Your GPS coordinates are used for leaderboard radius filtering. Location access is point-in-time, not continuous tracking.
