Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1 — Delete in the App (fastest)
- Open Baseball Tracker and tap the profile icon (top-right of the home screen).
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog. Deletion runs immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request by Email
If you no longer have the app installed (or can't sign in), email dev@adelyons.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Baseball Tracker account deletion request." Include the name shown on your profile so we can locate the account. We process email deletion requests within 30 days.
Parents/guardians may request deletion of a minor's account and data the same way.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, location, bio)
- Your uploaded videos and all AI-generated statistics
- Your leaderboard entries
- Your watchlist (coach/scout) and any watchlist notifications tied to your profile
- Your team and roster memberships
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your stats, videos, and leaderboard history cannot be recovered afterward.
What Is Not Deleted
- Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — billing is managed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) before or after deleting your account.
- Purchase records held by Apple/Google under their own policies.
- Backups: Residual copies in our infrastructure provider's automated disaster-recovery backups are purged on their standard retention schedule, and data we must keep to comply with law.

Just Want More Privacy, Not Deletion?
You can enable Private Profile mode in the app's settings to hide your statistics from public leaderboards without deleting your account, or delete individual videos from within the app.
