How It Works
🎬 Upload Any Game Video
Record or upload your game footage — phone video, camcorder, anything. Baseball Tracker processes full games (even multi-hour files) by splitting them into segments and analyzing each one.
🤖 AI Extracts Every Metric
Powered by Google Gemini, the AI identifies each pitcher, batter, and runner by name — then pulls pitch velocity, pitch type, exit velocity, hit outcome, and sprint time from the video automatically.
🎯 Strike Zone Heatmap
See exactly where every pitch was thrown in the 3×3 strike zone, color-coded by pitch type. Filter by count (0-0, 1-2, 3-2, etc.) to expose pitcher tendencies and batter vulnerabilities.
🗺️ Spray Chart
Every at-bat is plotted on a full-field spray chart — singles, doubles, triples, and home runs shown by direction and depth. Exit velocity overlaid on each hit for a complete offensive picture.
📊 Deep Per-Player Analytics
Drill into any player for pitch arsenal breakdown, hard-hit rate, OBP by count, velocity trends over time, and game-by-game stat history — all filterable by last 30, 90 days, this year, or all time.
🏟️ Team Management
Create a team, invite players via a shareable link, and manage your roster. Coaches get a full analytics view across all team games, innings, and players in one place.
🏆 Regional Leaderboards
Players are ranked on public leaderboards by stat type, age bracket, and geographic radius. Coaches and scouts can discover and monitor standout players in their area.
📡 Live Camera Mode
Don't have a game recording? Use your phone's camera live to capture pitches, swings, or sprints and get instant AI-powered speed readings on the spot.

What is Baseball Tracker?
Baseball Tracker is an iOS and Android app that turns ordinary phone video into baseball and softball analytics. Its AI watches footage you upload and estimates pitch velocity and pitch type, exit velocity, bat speed, and sprint times, then builds strike zone heatmaps, spray charts, and per-player stat histories for players, coaches, and scouts.
Analysis runs in the cloud: video is uploaded to secure servers and processed by Google Gemini, so no radar gun, launch monitor, or other hardware is required. The app is published by Adelyons Software LLC.
Because every number comes from AI video analysis rather than a calibrated instrument, Baseball Tracker reports estimates. They are useful for tracking a player's progress over time, not for official records or measurements that must be verified.
Frequently asked questions
How does Baseball Tracker measure pitch speed without a radar gun?
It analyzes video instead of radio waves. You upload a game recording or use live camera mode, and AI powered by Google Gemini identifies each pitcher, batter, and runner by name, then estimates their speeds from the footage. No radar gun or other hardware is needed.
How accurate are the speed readings?
Baseball Tracker produces AI-generated estimates, not certified measurements, and it is not a radar gun or a calibrated measurement instrument. Accuracy depends on video quality, camera angle, distance, lighting, and frame rate, so results can vary between videos. Do not rely on them for official records or submissions that require verified measurements.
What metrics does Baseball Tracker track?
Pitch velocity and pitch type, exit velocity and hit outcome, bat speed, and home-to-first sprint times. Those readings feed a 3x3 strike zone heatmap filterable by count, a full-field spray chart, hard-hit rate, and per-player velocity trends over time.
Is Baseball Tracker available on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Baseball Tracker is available on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android.
Does Baseball Tracker work offline?
No. It is a cloud-based platform: videos are uploaded to secure servers and analyzed remotely, and your profile, stats, and video files are stored in Supabase. An internet connection is required to analyze video and sync statistics.
Who can see my stats?
By default, a player's name, age, position, height, location, and athletic metrics appear on public leaderboards where coaches and scouts can find them. Turning on Private Mode in settings hides your profile and statistics from leaderboards while you keep full access to the app.
Can kids use Baseball Tracker?
It is designed for baseball and softball players of all ages, including minors. A child under 13 may use it only with a parent or legal guardian's consent, and parents can review, edit, or delete a child's profile and video data at any time. Parents should also review the Private Profile setting with their child.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account at any time from the account deletion page or by emailing dev@adelyons.com. That removes your profile, videos, statistics, and watchlist data within 30 days.
