Wrenly

Endometriosis & Pain Tracker

Track the Pain They Keep Dismissing

Wrenly is a warm, private companion for living with endometriosis. Log pain on a body map, track your cycle (or your symptoms if you don't bleed), record meds and triggers in seconds — then walk into your next appointment with a clear, one-page report that helps you be believed.

Endometriosis takes about 7 years to diagnose because patients aren't believed. You're not making it up — and Wrenly hands you the evidence to be taken seriously.

What it does:

  • Body-map pain logging — paint location, intensity & type onto a silhouette
  • Fast daily log of pain, bleeding (or a "no bleed" path), energy, mood & symptoms
  • Cycle & no-cycle tracking that works whether or not you have periods
  • Med & treatment log with simple "did it help?" tagging
  • Flare forecasting and a doctor-visit PDF report with Wrenly+
  • Local-first & private — your health data never leaves your device
Not medical advice. Wrenly provides general information and self-tracking tools to help you and your care team. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor.

How It Works

🎨 Body-Map Pain Log

Paint your pain onto a body silhouette — location, intensity, and type (stabbing, dull, burning, cramping). It's far richer than a single 1–10 slider, and it builds a personal pain heat-map over time.

⚡ Fast Daily Log

Record pain, bleeding or flow (with a dedicated "no bleed" path), energy or "spoons", mood, GI and bladder symptoms, and dyspareunia — each in a tap or two, even on a hard day.

🌙 Cycle & No-Cycle Tracking

Track period and phase predictions if you bleed, or follow a symptom-only rhythm if you don't. Post-hysterectomy, menopausal, and continuous-hormone users are first-class here, not afterthoughts.

💊 Meds & Treatments

Log hormonal meds, pain meds, supplements, and relief like heat, TENS, or PT — with simple "did it help?" tagging so you learn what actually works for your body.

🔮 Flare Forecasting

With Wrenly+, the app learns your cycle-phase and trigger patterns and warns you about high-risk days — "tomorrow looks rough, go gentle." It all computes on your device.

📄 Doctor-Visit Report

Wrenly+ generates a clean one-page PDF — symptom timeline, pain heat-map, med response, and frequency stats — built to be believed in a 10-minute gyno appointment. Created locally on your phone.

A Look Inside

Built for Every Body

🤍 Still Fighting for a Diagnosis

  • Capture pain on a body map so vague symptoms become concrete evidence
  • Build a timeline that shows just how often and how badly you flare
  • Walk into appointments with proof instead of trying to remember

🩷 Living With Endo

  • Learn your triggers by logging food, stress, sleep, and activity
  • See whether a new medication or treatment is actually helping
  • Get a heads-up on high-risk days so you can plan around them

🌸 Beyond the Bleed

  • Post-hysterectomy, menopausal, and continuous-hormone flows that just work
  • Track a symptom-only rhythm when there's no period to follow
  • Endo persists after hysterectomy — and so does Wrenly's support

What is Wrenly?

Wrenly is an endometriosis and pain tracking app for iOS and Android from Adelyons Software LLC. You paint pain onto a body map and log symptoms, bleeding (or a no-bleed rhythm), meds and triggers each day; Wrenly+ adds flare forecasting and a one-page doctor-visit PDF. All health data stays on your device.

Wrenly is a self-tracking and organization tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Because there is no account and no cloud backend, logging, the body map, cycle tracking, and report generation all work without an internet connection.

Guides

Frequently asked questions

How does Wrenly's body-map pain log work?

You paint your pain directly onto a body silhouette, choosing the location, intensity, and type — stabbing, dull, burning, or cramping. Over time those entries build a personal pain heat-map. It is a tracking tool, not a diagnosis.

Is Wrenly available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Wrenly is available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.

Is Wrenly free?

Wrenly's core tracking is genuinely free, forever, and needs no card. Wrenly+ unlocks flare forecasting, the trigger correlation engine, the doctor-visit PDF report, private on-device AI insights, and unlimited history, at $3.99 per month, $19.99 per year, or a one-time $39.99 lifetime purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Where does Wrenly store my health data?

Only on your phone. Pain logs, your body-map, cycle data, meds, symptoms, and notes are stored in a local database on your device, and there is no account, login, or cloud backend. The only data that ever leaves your phone is purchase information handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat to validate Wrenly+.

Can I use Wrenly if I don't have periods?

Yes. Wrenly tracks a symptom-only rhythm when there is no period to follow, and the daily log has a dedicated "no bleed" path. Post-hysterectomy, menopausal, and continuous-hormone users are supported as first-class flows.

Does Wrenly work offline?

Yes. Because your data lives on your device, logging, the body map, cycle tracking, forecasts, and report generation all work without an internet connection. A connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase, or for the one-time on-device AI model download.

Can Wrenly diagnose endometriosis?

No. Wrenly is a self-tracking and organization tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose any condition. Its forecasts, correlations, and summaries are informational aids based on the data you enter, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

How do I delete or export my data?

You can delete individual entries in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall Wrenly to permanently remove everything stored locally, including any downloaded AI model. Free export to CSV or PDF lets you keep your own copy first. There is no server-side copy for anyone to delete.
