Account Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of your Voice To Task CRM account and data.
Option 1: Delete in the App
The fastest way to remove your account is from inside Voice To Task CRM:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: Request by Email
If you can’t access the app, email us at dev@adelyons.com with the subject line Voice To Task CRM Account Deletion Request, sent from the email address associated with your account.
Please include your company name (if set) and any details that help us identify the correct account.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your account and profile (email, company name).
- Your voice recordings and transcripts.
- Your jobs, invoices, line items, and follow-up action items.
- Your client records (names, addresses, phone numbers).
Deletion removes your data from our production systems within 30 days. If you use other Adelyons apps with the same email, those accounts are not affected by this request.
Before You Submit
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store before requesting deletion — deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes.
