1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Standing Date (“the App”), provided by Adelyons Software LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Adelyons Software LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license transfers no ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. The Service

Standing Date is a date night ideas app and planner for couples. It draws a date idea from a hand-written library using a rule-based scoring engine that runs on your device, turns an idea you keep into a plan, and lets you keep a recurring “standing date” with reminders. It is a suggestion, not a booking or a guarantee: we do not operate, inspect or have any relationship with any place an idea or a plan names, and any map link, calendar entry or “find places nearby” result is provided for convenience only. Check any place, hours, cost or accessibility detail that matters to you directly before you go.

Standing Date works entirely offline for a single phone. Network access is used only for the store, the optional invite feature, and pairing a partner’s phone by a code you choose to share.

4. Subscriptions & Billing (Standing Date Plus)

• Free & Plus: The free tier includes the daily draw across a 150-idea starter library, every filter, a full plan, your own date jar, standing-date reminders, key dates, and a scrapbook of memories, with no payment card needed. Standing Date Plus adds the full 600-idea library and four seasonal decks, Surprise dates, all three challenges, the printable yearbook, and creating a partner-pairing code. Nothing free today moves behind the paywall later.
• Store-managed billing: Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed there. We never see or store your payment-card details.
• Auto-renewal: The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The yearly plan begins with a 7-day free trial, clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancel any time in your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• Changes: We may change pricing or what Plus includes with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

5. Invite a Friend

The App can generate an invite code. When a new install redeems one, both sides receive 30 days of Standing Date Plus. Codes are for new installs, one redemption per install, with per-referrer caps; we may withdraw or refuse a reward for abuse. The reward is a timed entitlement, not a refund or a cash equivalent.

6. Linking a Partner’s Phone

Standing Date Plus lets you create a six-character code that lets a second phone join your pair. Once linked, four things sync between exactly the two of you: your standing-date cadence, your current plan, your date jar and your memories. Surprise-date clues never sync — they stay private to the phone that created them. Creating a code needs Plus; joining one is always free. Either person can unlink at any time, which deletes the shared pair record for both of you. See the Privacy Policy and Delete synced data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; not to interfere with our backend, its rate limits or the invite or pairing systems; and not to use the App where doing so would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. Sections 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
