“It keeps drawing the same idea.”
A drawn idea is never repeated until the whole filtered pool is exhausted. If your filters (in/out, cost, duration, energy, kid at home, season) have narrowed the field to almost nothing, the pool shrinks fast — try widening one filter and redraw.
“My standing-date streak didn’t bump.”
The streak bumps automatically when a plan is completed, either explicitly or by saving a memory for it — exactly once, never double-counted. If you completed a date without keeping a plan for it first, mark it done from the Standing screen.
“Linking a partner’s phone didn’t work.”
Codes are six characters. Creating a code needs Standing Date Plus; joining one never does. If you reinstalled and need to take your old slot back, use the rejoin option with your original code rather than joining fresh.
“I want my data out, or gone.”
Settings → Export writes everything to a JSON file you keep, and Restore brings it back on another phone. Unlink deletes everything synced with a partner, for both of you, immediately. See Delete synced data.
“My Surprise-date clues didn’t show up on my partner’s phone.”
That’s by design: Surprise-date clues stay private to the phone that created them and are never synced. Send each clue yourself, one at a time, using the Surprise screen’s own share button.
Restoring a purchase
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Purchases follow the store account you bought with, so use the same Apple ID or Google account. If it still does not appear, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
