Most of it is on your phone

PawnCounter has no account. Your lookups, offers and counts are stored on the phone. Deleting the app deletes them. Nothing about a lookup is kept on our servers.

Leave a workspace in the app (immediate)

If the phone is paired with a shop: turn the ticket over (the folded corner on the home screen) and choose Leave this workspace. The phone stops syncing and its credential stops working at once. What is already on the phone stays on it.

Ask us to delete a workspace

To have a workspace and its whole log of offers and counts deleted from our servers, write to dev@adelyons.com from the email address of the shop’s PawnCounter account, or, for a workspace no shop has claimed, tell us the pairing code shown on one of its devices at the time you write. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• The workspace, the list of its devices and their credentials.
• Every offer and count in its log.
• Its link to a shop, if it had one.

A workspace nobody has claimed is deleted automatically 180 days after it was last used.

What is not deleted by this

• Copies already on each phone: delete the app, or remove items in it.
• A shop’s PawnCounter account and its sales records: see pawncounter.com/privacy.
• Subscription records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep as the law requires.
