End User License Agreement
Effective date: September 17, 2026 · This EULA is the license agreement referenced by the App Store listing.
1. The Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Adelyons Software LLC, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Adelyons Software LLC alone is responsible for Knelt and its content. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
2. Scope of Licence
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Knelt on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from, including any sharing with family members those rules allow. The licence is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Subscriptions
Knelt Plus is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The annual subscription begins with a 7-day free trial; the monthly subscription does not. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices are set by the store in your local currency and are always shown to you by the store before you buy.
4. Maintenance & Support
Adelyons Software LLC is solely responsible for support and maintenance. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide either. Support: dev@adelyons.com.
5. Warranty
The App is provided without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of Adelyons Software LLC.
6. Product Claims
Adelyons Software LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.
7. Intellectual Property
In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Adelyons Software LLC, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
8. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
9. Third-Party Terms & Attribution
Billing is handled by Apple or Google and processed through RevenueCat. If you create or join a Knelt Plus shared list, that list’s data is stored by Supabase on our behalf. The King James Version and World English Bible texts bundled with the App are in the public domain.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
