1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using I’m Not Picky (“the App”), provided by Adelyons Software LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Adelyons Software LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license transfers no ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. The Service

I’m Not Picky suggests restaurants. It fetches nearby places through our own proxy, filters them, and picks one at weighted random. It is a suggestion, not a recommendation, an endorsement or a booking: we do not operate, inspect, rate or have any relationship with the restaurants it names, and we do not guarantee that a place is open, that its hours are correct, that it can seat you, or that it will suit any dietary, allergy, accessibility or religious requirement you have. Check before you go, and check anything that matters to your health directly with the restaurant.

Place data comes from Google and is subject to Google’s own terms. Opening hours in particular can be wrong or out of date at the source; we filter on what we are given.

4. Subscriptions & Billing (I’m Not Picky Pro)

• Free & Pro: The free tier rolls, learns, filters, keeps your history and exports it, with three fresh searches a day and unlimited re-rolls inside each one. No payment card is needed to use the App. I’m Not Picky Pro adds linking a partner’s phone, the live veto round, locking a die, planning ahead, unlimited fresh searches and the favourites wheel. Export and restore are never paid features.
• One Pro covers a linked pair. While two phones are linked, both get the Pro features. Unlinking ends that for the phone that did not buy it.
• Store-managed billing: Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed there. We never see or store your payment-card details.
• Auto-renewal: The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The yearly plan begins with a 7-day free trial, clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancel any time in your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• Changes: We may change pricing or what Pro includes with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

5. Invite a Friend

The App can generate an invite code. When a new install redeems one, both sides receive 30 days of I’m Not Picky Pro. Codes are for new installs, one redemption per install, with per-referrer caps; we may withdraw or refuse a reward for abuse. The reward is a timed entitlement, not a refund or a cash equivalent.

6. Linking a Partner

Linking creates an anonymous identity on our backend and shares three things with the other phone: your taste snapshot, your “we went” history and your never-again list. Do not link a phone you do not intend to share that with. Either person can unlink at any time, which deletes the pair and everything under it for both of you, immediately. 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; not to use it to build a competing dataset or to scrape place data; not to interfere with our backend, the rate limits or the invite system; and not to use the App where doing so would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. Sections 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
