These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FormFill mobile application ("FormFill", the "App"), published by Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using FormFill, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FormFill on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the EULA.
FormFill is a tool for filling and signing documents. The documents you create and the information you enter are yours, and they remain on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of anything you fill in or sign, and for ensuring you have the right to use, complete, and send any document.
FormFill lets you add a hand-drawn signature image to a document. Whether such a signature is legally binding depends on the document, the parties, and the laws of your jurisdiction. FormFill does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a signed document will be legally enforceable. For documents with legal significance, consult a qualified professional.
FormFill's core features are free to a limit. FormFill Pro unlocks unlimited documents, saved signatures and initials, and a reusable autofill profile. Pro is available as:
Purchases are billed through your Apple ID or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse FormFill, including by using it to create fraudulent documents, forge signatures, or violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
FormFill is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of FormFill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FormFill after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
