This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us") for the FormFill application ("FormFill"). By installing or using FormFill, you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use FormFill on any device you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of FormFill; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; or (d) use the App to create fraudulent documents or forge signatures.
FormFill is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. Documents you create with FormFill are yours.
FormFill Pro is available as a one-time Lifetime purchase or as an auto-renewing annual subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, and subscriptions are managed in your device's store settings. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
FormFill is local-first: your documents and signatures stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
FormFill is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using FormFill and delete it.
This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC only, not with Apple or Google. The app store provider is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, which may refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider has no other warranty obligation for the App.
