We do not collect your documents or personal information. FormFill works entirely on your device. The following stay on your phone and are never transmitted to us:
There is no sign-up, no login, and no contacts access.
If you buy FormFill Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google and validated through RevenueCat, Inc. To do this, a purchase record and an anonymous app-instance identifier are shared with those providers. This data is used only to verify your purchase and is not linked to your identity by us. We never receive your documents. See RevenueCat's privacy policy, and Apple's or Google's, for how they handle purchase data.
FormFill includes an optional invite feature: if a friend enters your invite code, you both receive 30 days of FormFill Pro at no charge. It is entirely optional, and the rest of the app never needs a connection.
When — and only when — you open the invite screen or enter a code, the app sends to our invite service (hosted on Supabase), so the free month can be granted through RevenueCat: a random installation identifier generated on your device (a random value, not a device or advertising ID), your RevenueCat anonymous customer identifier, and the six-character invite code.
That is the entire payload. It does not include your forms, documents, signatures, or profile details — none of your document data is involved in the invite feature in any way. There is still no account and no login. Records of invite codes and redemptions are kept only to grant the reward, prevent abuse, and as an audit trail; email us and we will delete yours.
You can grant or revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.
FormFill does not track you and does not contain advertising. We do not collect analytics about your documents or how you use the app's content.
FormFill is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because everything is stored locally, you are in full control. Deleting a document removes it from your device. Uninstalling the app removes all of its on-device data. There is no server-side data for us to delete because we never receive any.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
