On the home screen, tap Scan to capture a paper form with your camera, Import PDF to bring in a PDF, or Photo to use a picture of a form.
How do I fill it in?
Open the form, then use the toolbar to add Text, a Check, a Date, or a Signature. Tap where you want it, then drag to move or use the corner handle to resize.
How do I sign?
Tap Sign (or Initials), draw on the pad, and tap Use signature. With FormFill Pro your signature is saved so you can reuse it on any form in a tap.
How do I save or send it?
Tap Done. FormFill flattens your filled form into a clean PDF, saves it to your library, and offers to share a copy — email it, save it to Files, or send it however you like.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited documents, saved signatures and initials, and a reusable autofill profile for one-tap form filling.
Lifetime vs. Annual?
Lifetime is a one-time purchase — pay once, own it forever, no subscription. Annual starts with a 7-day free trial, then bills yearly and can be cancelled anytime.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings → Restore purchases, or the Restore link on the upgrade screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google account you purchased with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel anytime in your device's store settings: App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. A one-time Lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel.
Where are my documents stored?
Only on your device. FormFill has no account and no cloud — your documents never leave your phone. See our Privacy Policy.
