Common forms you can fill out on your phone
The forms people actually search for: the IRS W-9 and W-4, the USCIS I-9, the 1099-NEC, the Social Security SS-5, and the official bill-of-sale forms from four state motor vehicle agencies. Each page links the agency's own PDF (public domain, always the current revision), explains who fills it in and what each field wants, and walks through completing it in FormFill. Your form stays on your phone: FormFill has no account and no upload.
Federal forms
State DMV bills of sale
Only states that publish an official fillable bill-of-sale form are listed. Texas, Pennsylvania and several other states have no state form; for those, FormFill fills whatever form your county or the buyer provides.
No form matches that search. Try the form number (W-9, I-9, MV-912) or a state name.
Before you start
- Download from the agency, not from us. Government forms are revised; the link on each page goes to the agency's current file.
- Fillable or flat, it does not matter. FormFill places text, checks, dates and signatures on top of the page, so any PDF works.
- Know which copies can be digital. Most of these forms can be signed in the app and sent as a PDF. A few need paper: the 1099-NEC's IRS copy and the SS-5 signature. Each page says so.
- Keep your own copy. Finished forms stay in your FormFill library on the device.

FormFill opens the official PDF on your phone, lets you tap anywhere to type, check, date and sign, then flattens a clean copy to send. No account, no upload, no subscription needed to finish your first document. Available on iPhone and Android.
Questions people ask
Are these forms free?
Yes. Every form here is published by a U.S. federal agency or a state motor vehicle agency and is in the public domain. Each page links the agency's own PDF rather than a copy, so you always get the current revision at no cost.
Can I fill out a government form on my phone without uploading it?
Yes. FormFill imports the official PDF and lets you type, check boxes, add dates and sign directly on the page. It has no account and no server, so the only copy that leaves your phone is the one you choose to share.
Do I need a fillable PDF?
No. FormFill writes on top of the page, so a flat scan or an older non-fillable PDF works the same way as a fillable one.
Which forms can't be finished on a phone?
Copy A of Form 1099-NEC must be filed electronically or on the IRS's scannable red paper form. Form SS-5 needs an ink signature on a printed copy. Each form page says when a printed or wet-signed copy is required.
Why only government forms?
Because they are public domain, free and official. We do not publish lease, rental-application or other private templates: those vary by state and by landlord, and a wrong template costs more than it saves. If you have one, FormFill fills it the same way.
