1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Checkfall (the "App") you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the rules of the store you obtained it from. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Purchases
The App is free to download and includes a complete, playable campaign at no cost. It offers a single one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks additional difficulties and the endless Crown Defense mode.
- There is no subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- All prices are shown by your app store in your own currency.
- The purchase can be restored at any time from the Restore Purchases control on the unlock screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. We will always help you ask.
4. Your content and data
Your saves, profiles and statistics live on your device. We do not collect them. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, and do not attempt to circumvent the purchase mechanism or interfere with other players' platform achievements or leaderboards.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the App to fix problems, add content or keep it working on new devices and operating systems. We may stop distributing or supporting it; content you have already purchased remains available on the devices where it is installed for as long as the platform supports the App.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the App is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and you may have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
