This EULA supplements the Terms of Service. Where the store you bought the App from imposes its own standard licence terms, those terms also apply, and this agreement is between you and Adelyons Software LLC only - not with Apple or Google.
1. Licence granted
Adelyons Software LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Checkfall for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
- No copying, distribution, sale, rental, lending or sub-licensing of the App.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembly, except to the extent the law expressly permits it.
- No removal of copyright or ownership notices.
- No use of the App to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The App, its code, art, music, text and design are owned by Adelyons Software LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are licensed to use the App; you do not own it.
4. In-app purchase
Checkfall offers one non-consumable purchase. It is a permanent unlock tied to the store account that bought it, restorable through the store. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
5. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the App.
6. Third-party services
The App uses RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases, and optionally Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for achievements and leaderboards. Their terms and privacy policies govern their own services.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is licensed "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
