In the app (immediate)

On the phone: tap the store’s initial at the top of the spine to open the stock card, then under ACCOUNT choose Delete account. On the web app: open Stock card in the left rail and do the same. The owner of a store can also choose Delete store there.

What is deleted

• Delete account: your sign-in, your membership of every store, and every store you own that has no other owner, with all of its stock, titles on hand, movements, deliveries, returns, counts, imports and members.
• Delete store (owner): the store and everything in it, for every member, at once.
• Leave this store (any member, and floor phones): this device stops seeing the store; the store keeps its data.

Ask us instead

Write to dev@adelyons.com from the Google address you sign in with, or, for a floor phone, with the store’s name and join code. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What is not deleted by this

• Title records in the shared catalog (ISBN, title, author, publisher), which hold nothing about you or your store.
• Subscription records held by Google, Apple and RevenueCat, which they keep as the law requires. Cancel the subscription itself in Google Play.
• CSV files you exported yourself.
