End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TranceForm mobile application ("TranceForm," "the App," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TranceForm is operated by Adelyons Software LLC. These Terms constitute the End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Adelyons Software LLC.

2. Description of Service

TranceForm is an AI-powered hypnosis and goal-achievement application that provides:

  • Personalized goal roadmaps generated by AI based on your stated goals
  • Daily voice-guided hypnosis sessions using AI-generated scripts and text-to-speech
  • Progress tracking across multiple goals and sessions
  • Credit-based access for session and goal generation

3. Subscription & In-App Purchase Terms

TranceForm offers a credit-based model with optional subscription and one-time purchase options.

TranceForm Pro — Annual Auto-Renewing Subscription

  • Title: TranceForm Pro Annual
  • Price: $49.95 per year (prices may vary by region; the price shown in the App at checkout is authoritative)
  • Billing period: 1 year (auto-renewing)
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
  • You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

100 Credits — One-Time Consumable Purchase

  • Price: $9.99 (prices may vary by region)
  • Credits are consumable and are used to generate goals and sessions.
  • Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. You will be notified of any price increase before it takes effect.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Adelyons Software LLC cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TranceForm on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard EULA.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and not for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Not use automated means to abuse or circumvent credit or usage limits.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before using the App if you have any medical or psychological conditions. TranceForm is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

7. AI-Generated Content

TranceForm uses AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate goal roadmaps and hypnosis session scripts. By using these features:

  • You grant us a limited license to process your goal text solely to provide the AI generation service to you.
  • AI-generated scripts are provided for motivational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
  • We make no warranty that AI-generated content will achieve specific outcomes or results.

8. Health Disclaimer

TranceForm is a wellness and self-improvement app. The hypnosis sessions provided are guided relaxation and visualization exercises intended for general wellness. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use the App while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full attention.

9. Third-Party Services

TranceForm integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Apple App Store: Subscription billing, refunds, and distribution.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): AI generation of goal roadmaps and session scripts.
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase state management.
  • Google Firebase: Anonymous usage analytics.
  • Supabase: Account authentication and backend services.

10. Intellectual Property

TranceForm, including its design, branding, and code, is the property of Adelyons Software LLC. You retain ownership of your goals and personal data stored locally on your device. AI-generated session scripts generated within the App are licensed to you for personal use.

11. Termination

You may stop using TranceForm at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TranceForm is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will produce particular results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
