1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address (Android) or use silent anonymous authentication (iOS). We do not store passwords—authentication is handled by Supabase.
  • Goal & Progress Data: Your personal goals, personalized roadmaps generated by Gemini AI (any duration), daily session progress, notes, and completion status.
  • Credit & Monetization Data: Your current credit balance, subscription status (Pro/Free), purchase history, and credit transaction ledger.
  • Session Information: Daily script text, playback progress (timestamps, completion), and session metadata (date, duration).
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for TTS engine compatibility.
  • Usage Analytics: Interaction patterns with the app (which features you use, session frequency) to improve the experience.
  • Voice Synthesis Data: TTS is processed on your device using native speech engines. Text scripts are sent to your device's TTS engine; they are not stored on our servers after generation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account securely using Supabase authentication.
  • Generate personalized goal roadmaps (any duration) using Gemini AI.
  • Create daily guided meditation scripts tailored to your goal and day-of-week.
  • Manage your credit balance and process subscription transactions via RevenueCat.
  • Track goal progress and provide completion milestones.
  • Enable native device TTS to deliver voice-guided sessions with binaural beat background audio.
  • Improve and personalize your experience based on usage patterns.
  • Respond to your support requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Supabase (supabase.com): Our backend database and authentication provider, which stores your account data, goals, sessions, and progress securely with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled.
  • Google Gemini AI (Google Cloud): We send your goal description to Gemini AI to generate your 21-day roadmap and daily scripts. Requests are processed server-side and not stored long-term.
  • RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): Our subscription management provider, which receives your user ID and subscription status to manage your Pro entitlement and credit purchases.
  • Apple / Google: In-app purchases are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective privacy policies.
  • Device TTS Engine: Your generated scripts are sent to your device's native text-to-speech engine (not to external servers) for voice synthesis.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Goal roadmaps, daily sessions, and progress records are stored indefinitely until you delete them. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your TranceForm account and associated data at any time by contacting us:

  • Include the email address (or device ID if iOS) associated with your TranceForm account.
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the App Store before requesting deletion.

Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete or de-identify all data associated with your account, including:

  • Goals and personalized roadmaps
  • Daily session scripts and playback history
  • Credit balance and transaction ledger
  • Subscription status and any profile information

Limited retention may apply for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security & Encryption

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Supabase uses Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure only you can access your goals, sessions, and progress data. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Gemini AI and native device TTS services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services and encourage you to review their privacy policies. Your TTS playback happens entirely on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
