These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Timedisk mobile application ("Timedisk", the "App"), published by Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Timedisk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Timedisk on devices you own or control, for your personal, family, or classroom use, subject to these Terms and the EULA.
Timedisk is a timer for everyday use — focus sessions, transitions, routines, and classroom activities. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed or late alert could cause harm, including medication schedules, medical or clinical procedures, driving, cooking that cannot be left unattended, or any safety-critical task. Alerts depend on your device's operating system, notification permissions, sound and focus settings, battery state, and power-saving behavior, all of which can delay or suppress an alert for reasons outside our control.
Timedisk is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition, and nothing in the App or on this site is medical, psychological, or educational advice. References to time blindness, ADHD, transitions, or classroom use describe who tends to find visual timers helpful — they are not clinical claims.
The routines, step labels, presets, and settings you create are yours, and they remain on your device. Timedisk has no account system and no cloud storage, so we never receive them.
The core timer is free, including the disk, presets, alerts, the lock-screen countdown, and one saved routine of up to three steps. Timedisk Pro unlocks unlimited routines and steps, all themes including kid mode and dark, custom end sounds, and warning customization. Pro is available as:
Purchases are billed through your Apple ID or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse Timedisk, including by interfering with the App or reverse engineering it except as permitted by law.
Timedisk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any alert, notification, or lock-screen countdown will be delivered at a particular moment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed, late, or silent alert, arising from your use of Timedisk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Timedisk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
