This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us") for the Timedisk application ("Timedisk"). By installing or using Timedisk, you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Timedisk on any device you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of Timedisk; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; or (d) use the App in any setting where a missed or delayed alert could cause harm.
Timedisk is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. The routines and presets you create are yours.
The core timer is free. Timedisk Pro is available as a one-time Lifetime purchase that does not renew, or as an auto-renewing annual subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, and subscriptions are managed in your device's store settings. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Timer alerts, notifications, and lock-screen countdowns depend on your device's operating system, permissions, sound and focus settings, and power management. Timedisk is not an alarm for safety-critical, medical, or clinical use, and is not a medical device.
Timedisk is local-first: your routines, presets, and settings stay on your device, and the App has no account and no cloud storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Timedisk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including from a missed or delayed alert. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Timedisk and delete it.
This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC only, not with Apple or Google. The app store provider is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, which may refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider has no other warranty obligation for the App.
