End User License Agreement
Effective date: September 18, 2026
1. Licence
Adelyons Software LLC licenses Strangefield to you; it is not sold. This licence lets you install and use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App or its content; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; or extract its 3D models, terrain, sounds or text.
3. Purchases
Case packs and the bundle are one-time purchases billed by your store. They do not renew. Restore them on another device signed in to the same store account.
4. Photos
You may save and share photos you take in the App for personal, non-commercial use, with their reconstruction footer intact.
5. Apple
If you got the App from the App Store: this EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
6. Warranty and liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability as described in the Terms of Service.
7. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, delete the App.
