This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us") for the Protein Only application ("Protein Only"). By installing or using Protein Only, you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Protein Only on any device you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of Protein Only; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; (d) use automated means to submit photo-estimate requests in bulk; or (e) present the App's output as medical, clinical, or dietetic advice.
Protein Only is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. The entries, goal, and history you create are yours. Barcode product data is provided by Open Food Facts under its own open license.
Manual logging is free, with a limited allowance of AI photo estimates. Protein Only Pro is available as an auto-renewing annual subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial, an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase that does not renew. Because each photo estimate carries a real processing cost, unlimited estimates on any plan, including Lifetime, are subject to reasonable fair use. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, and subscriptions are managed in your device's store settings. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Protein figures produced from a photo are generated by a third-party AI model and are approximations that can be substantially wrong. They are shown for you to review and confirm before anything is saved. They are not measurements and not nutritional or medical advice.
Protein Only is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition or medication. Goal presets are general planning ranges. Consult a qualified professional about the right protein target for you, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.
Protein Only stores your entries on your device and has no account system. Photo estimates send the selected photo to a third-party AI provider for processing, and barcode scans send only the barcode number to Open Food Facts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Protein Only is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any damages, including any health outcome, arising from your use of the App or from reliance on its estimates or food data. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Protein Only and delete it.
This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC only, not with Apple or Google. The app store provider is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, which may refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider has no other warranty obligation for the App.
