Adelyons Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MyOVR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we share it when you use MyOVR. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Our Commitment: MyOVR is built to give you an honest, position-specific football rating and a personalized training plan. We collect only what is needed to do that well, and we don't sell your data.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information:
- Email & Password: When you register with email, we collect your email address and the password you create. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Sign in with Apple: If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier and (optionally) the relay email address Apple provides.
Profile Information:
- Display Name: The name shown on your player card.
- Profile Photo: Optional — only collected if you choose to upload one.
- Position & Football Profile: Your selected position and any onboarding details used to determine which attributes apply to your OVR.
Assessment & Rating Data:
- Self-Assessment Responses: Your answers to the position-specific attribute assessment.
- Player Rating & History: Your computed OVR, per-attribute scores, and how those have changed over time.
- Training Plan Activity: Drills scheduled, drills completed, personal records, XP earned, and login/training streaks.
Device & Usage Data:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers used for app functionality and crash diagnostics.
- Usage Data: Aggregate information about how you interact with the App, used to improve the product.
Camera & Photo Library:
- On Request Only: Accessed only when you choose to upload a profile photo or a short clip as proof of drill completion. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background.
Purchase Information:
- Subscription Status: If you subscribe to MyOVR Pro, purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of your subscription status via RevenueCat but do not receive or store your full payment details.
What We DO NOT Collect:
- Precise or continuous location data
- Contacts, call logs, or text messages
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking identifiers
- Behavioral data for ad targeting
3. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide the App: Create and manage your account, calculate and display your personalized OVR, and generate your AI-powered weekly training plan.
- To Personalize Your Experience: Tailor drills, coaching cues, and plans based on your position, level, goals, and training history.
- To Manage Subscriptions: Process and validate in-app purchases and manage your MyOVR Pro entitlement via RevenueCat.
- To Communicate With You: Send coaching tips and training reminders — only if you have granted notification permission.
- To Improve the App: Use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve accuracy, drill quality, and user experience.
- To Provide Support: Respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with the following service providers, only to operate the App:
- Supabase (supabase.com): Our backend database and authentication provider, which securely stores your account, profile, assessment, and training data.
- RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): Our subscription management provider, which receives a user identifier and subscription status to manage your MyOVR Pro entitlement.
- Apple & Google: In-app purchase transactions are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective privacy policies.
- Firebase Analytics (Google): Aggregated usage analytics to help us improve the App. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Active Accounts: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App or by contacting us. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Backups: Supabase maintains automated backups for disaster recovery; these are deleted per their retention policies.

6. Security
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmission uses TLS.
- Encryption at Rest: Supabase-managed encryption for stored data.
- Passwords: Your password is never stored in plain text.
- Access Controls: Internal access to user data is limited and role-based.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
7. Children's Privacy
MyOVR is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
