We share information with trusted service providers who help operate our App:

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, privacy, safety, or property.

Designs and content you create are stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to share, export, or publish designs, you are responsible for those actions.

5. Data Storage & Security

5.1 Local Storage

Your tattoo designs, prompts, and generated images are stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data is never automatically sent to external servers.

If you use premium features that require cloud sync, data is stored securely on Supabase servers using encryption in transit and at rest.

5.3 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices including:

  • Encrypted communication (TLS/HTTPS).
  • Authentication tokens for secure API access.
  • Regular security audits and updates.
  • Strict access controls for employee data handling.

Note: No security system is 100% foolproof. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
