TranceForm — Delete Your Data

TranceForm has no sign-up: there is no account, email or password. Your phone is given an anonymous ID, and your goals, sessions, optional profile and credits are kept on your phone and on our servers under that ID. You can delete all of it yourself, in one step, at any time.

From the app

1. Open TranceForm and tap the profile icon on the home screen.
2. Scroll to Your data and tap Delete my data.
3. Confirm with Delete everything.

It happens immediately. The app then starts again as if newly installed. (Available from version 1.1.0; update the app if you do not see it.)

If you no longer have the app

Email dev@adelyons.com with your anonymous ID and we will delete your data within 30 days. The ID is shown in the app under Profile → Your data.

We do not know who you are: we hold no name or email we could search for. Without the ID we cannot tell which data is yours. If you have uninstalled the app and did not keep the ID, reinstalling does not bring it back; the data left on our servers is then tied to nothing but a random ID that no phone uses any more.

What is deleted

• Your goals, the notes on them, their day-by-day plans and every session script.
• Your progress, your optional profile (name, age, gender, notes) and your remaining credits.
• Any session audio still on our servers, the record of sessions prepared for you, and your notification token.
• Your anonymous user itself.
• On the phone: the same data, and the session audio downloaded for offline listening.

What is not deleted

• Purchases and subscriptions belong to your Apple or Google account. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their privacy policies.
• Credits you bought are deleted with everything else and cannot be restored.
