Data Deletion

The short version: Protein Only (published by Adelyons Software LLC) has no accounts. Almost everything lives on your phone and is deleted the moment you uninstall. The small amount of off-device data — listed below — is deleted on request by emailing
dev@adelyons.com.
1. Data on your device
Everything you create in Protein Only is stored only on your phone. Deleting items in the app removes them immediately, and uninstalling the app permanently removes all of its on-device data. We have no copy.
2. Data held off-device
- A purchase record — if you bought Protein Only Pro, an anonymous app-instance identifier and the purchase history are held by RevenueCat, Inc. on our behalf to validate your purchase. This is not linked to your name or email by us.
- An anonymous AI usage counter — a random install identifier and a monthly count of AI photo estimates, kept by us on Supabase solely to prevent abuse of the AI service. It contains no content from your device.
The images you submit for AI processing are never stored by us — they are processed transiently to answer that one request — so there is nothing further to delete.
3. How to request deletion
- Email dev@adelyons.com with the subject "Delete my data — Protein Only".
- If you purchased Pro, include your Apple or Google order number (from your store receipt email) so we can locate the anonymous purchase record.
- We will delete the records above within 30 days and confirm by reply.
4. What is kept, and by whom
After deletion we retain nothing. Apple and Google keep their own records of store transactions under their own policies, which we cannot delete for you — see Apple's and Google's privacy policies. Note that deleting the purchase record means the app can no longer restore your Pro purchase.
