1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PlyometricAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("Adelyons," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Service
PlyometricAI is a fitness application that uses AI-assisted video analysis to estimate jump height and provide biomechanical coaching cues, and generates personalized plyometric training plans. The App is intended for general fitness and informational purposes only.
Not medical advice. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Credits
The App uses a credit system to access AI-powered features such as jump video analysis and training plan generation. New users receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits may be purchased as a consumable in-app purchase.
- Credits are consumed when you submit a video for analysis or generate a new training plan.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Unused credits do not expire, but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
PlyoMetricAI Pro Subscription
A yearly subscription ("Pro") unlocks unlimited access to AI features without consuming credits.
- Subscriptions are billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.
- Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current subscription period.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the applicable store. Adelyons does not issue refunds for purchases made through third-party storefronts.
5. User Content
You may submit jump videos and related content ("User Content") for analysis. By doing so, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Adelyons a limited license to process and transmit your User Content solely to deliver the App's AI analysis features. We do not use your videos for advertising or sell them to third parties.
Do not submit content that depicts minors, is unlawful, or violates the rights of others.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
- Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services or infrastructure.
- Attempt to circumvent the credit or subscription system.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, AI models, and training content, is owned by or licensed to Adelyons and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Assumption of Risk
Exercise and plyometric training carry inherent physical risks including injury. You assume full responsibility for your use of any training program, coaching cue, or exercise information provided by the App. Always warm up properly, use appropriate equipment, and train within your physical capabilities.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adelyons and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to personal injury, lost data, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid to Adelyons in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7–10 and 12–13 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
