1. Introduction
PlyometricAI is operated by Adelyons Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the PlyometricAI mobile app collects, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
Profile and app setup data
- Name, age, sex, sport, primary goal, training frequency, and plyometric experience that you enter during onboarding or profile updates.
- App settings related to your free measurement, Pro status, plan history, reminders, and review prompts.
Jump assessment data
- Jump videos you record or upload for analysis.
- Derived performance metrics such as estimated jump height and coaching cues returned from analysis.
- Assessment timestamps and history used to show progress over time.
Training plan data
- Generated plan summaries, exercises, schedule details, progress state, and archived plan history.
Purchase and entitlement data
- Free-measurement usage and Pro subscription status.
- Transaction confirmation and entitlement updates provided through Apple App Store, Google Play, and related in-app purchase services.
Technical data
- Device and app information necessary to run the app, open the camera, play video, and support store purchases.
- Limited network request data required to contact configured AI or backend services.
3. How We Use Information
- To measure jump performance from submitted videos.
- To build and refresh your plyometric plan on your device.
- To store your progress history and display analytics inside the app.
- To manage the free measurement, Pro access, purchase restoration, and app functionality.
- To maintain app security, diagnose operational issues, and improve product quality.
4. Local Storage and Cloud Processing
Local storage: User profile data, jump logs, plan history, and app settings are primarily stored locally on your device using SQLite.
AI-backed features: When you measure a jump and the online analysis is reachable, the following data is transmitted to Adelyons' backend and to a third-party AI service (training plans are built on your device and are not sent):
- What is sent: Your jump video file; profile information (age, sex, workout frequency, plyometric experience, and goal — not your name); your most recent measured jump height and its date; and a profile identifier generated by the App, used for rate limiting.
- Who receives it: Your data is sent to Supabase (our secure backend platform, operated by Supabase, Inc.) which processes the request and forwards relevant inputs to Google Gemini (an AI service operated by Google LLC) to generate the analysis result.
- How it is used: Solely to deliver the measurement back to you inside the app. Our backend does not keep the clip; it records a token count per installation for rate limiting. Your videos and personal data are not used for advertising, model training by third parties, or sold to anyone.
The app asks for your explicit permission before transmitting any personal data to these services. You may use the app without enabling AI features if you prefer not to share your data.
5. Camera, Media, and Permissions
- Camera access: Used so you can record jump assessments in-app.
- Photo or file access: Used when you choose to upload an existing video for analysis.
- Network access: Used for App Store or Play billing, jump analysis requests, analytics, and push notifications.
We do not describe the app as using advertising identifiers, contact list access, or location tracking for marketing purposes.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate app features:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — for subscriptions, purchases, and restoration.
- Supabase, Inc. — our backend platform that hosts edge functions for AI processing requests. Data transmitted to Supabase is processed solely to fulfill your in-app request.
- Google LLC (Google Gemini) — an AI service used by our backend to analyze jump videos. Only the data necessary for the measurement (video, profile summary) is passed to this service. Your data is not used by Google to train its models under our service agreement.
- RevenueCat — manages in-app purchase entitlements and subscription status.
- Firebase (Google) — Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous app usage analytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. If you have already allowed notifications, the App stores your push token and platform (iOS or Android) in our Supabase backend so we can send occasional announcements.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because core app data is stored locally, much of your information remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or clear app storage. Purchase records may continue to exist with Apple, Google, or other transaction providers under their own policies.
If you need help with a privacy or deletion request related to Adelyons-operated services, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information processed through our services. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you use the app at your own risk.
9. Children's Privacy
PlyometricAI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information in violation of this policy, contact us and we will investigate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date on this page.
