By using Highlight Video Stats ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app analyses football video you upload and reports physical measurements taken from it, together with how confident it is in each one.
Numbers are derived from video and are estimates, not officially timed results. Accuracy depends on camera angle, framing, visible field markings and video quality, and the app reports this alongside every number. Do not present a figure from this app as a verified or combine-timed result, and do not rely on one for recruiting, selection, medical or safety decisions.
You must own the video you upload, or have permission from whoever does, and everyone identifiable in it must be willing to appear. Do not upload video of a person who has not agreed to it. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before uploading or sharing.
You keep ownership of your video. You grant us only the permission needed to run the app: to store it briefly, analyse it, and — if you choose to share — serve a short clip to people who open your link. Uploaded video is deleted once it has been analysed.
Sharing is always your choice, and never automatic. When you create a link you decide separately whether others may save your tape to their own list. You can revoke a link at any time, which removes it from every list it was saved to and stops the clip from loading anywhere.
If you save someone else’s shared tape, it is read-only, it stays theirs, and it disappears if they revoke it. Do not redistribute another person’s tape or their numbers.
Paid features are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown by your store in your own currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel through your store account, not through us. See the EULA.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that any measurement is accurate. To the maximum extent the law allows, Adelyons Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made on the basis of a measurement produced by the app.
You can delete your account at any time from the app, or via this page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
