End User License Agreement

This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software and governs your use of the Highlight Video Stats application.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Subscriptions and billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price your store displays.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Prices are set by the store in your local currency and may vary by region.

Ownership

The app, its design and everything in it except your own content remain the property of Adelyons Software. You keep ownership of the video you upload.

Disclaimer

The app is licensed "as is", with no warranty of any kind. Measurements are estimates derived from video and are not officially timed results.

Termination

This licence ends if you stop using the app, delete your account, or breach these terms.

Apple

Where the app is obtained through the App Store: Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
