Terms of Service & EULA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gunnr ("the App"), provided by Adelyons Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App requires sign-in (Google or Apple) for every feature — there is no anonymous or unauthenticated use.

2. AI Grading — Not a Certified Scouting Report

Gunnr produces AI-generated estimates, not certified measurements or professional scouting evaluations. Speed, release velocity, route-running grade, OVR ratings, projected-impact scores, and every other metric in the App are estimated by artificial-intelligence analysis of the video you provide. The App is not a certified measurement device, is not a substitute for in-person scouting or combine testing, and its output has not been validated by any athletic-sanctioning, officiating, or standards body.

Accuracy varies: Estimates depend on video quality, camera angle, distance, lighting, frame rate, and the AI model's interpretation. Results may be inaccurate, inconsistent between videos, or occasionally wrong outright.
No recruiting or outcome guarantees: The App does not guarantee that any coach, scout, program, or recruiter will view, evaluate, or act on a player's profile, and we make no promises about tryouts, roster spots, scholarships, or recruitment outcomes of any kind.
NFL baseline is a comparison, not a prediction: Percentile comparisons against NFL players' own high-school tape are a benchmark for context only — they are not a promise of outcome or future performance.
Not for official use: Do not rely on the App's metrics for official records, competitive eligibility, or any decision where a certified measurement is expected.

3. Eligibility, Minors & Parental Consent

The App's community includes minors — most high school football players are under 18, and some are under 13.
Account holders must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian's permission to use the App. A parent or coach may create player profiles on behalf of a minor athlete.
Uploading video of a minor: If you upload highlight film of a player under 18 — your own child, or a player on a team you coach — you represent that you have the authority and, where applicable, the consent needed to do so, and that the resulting public profile is appropriate for that player and their family.
Under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. Where a player under 13 has a profile, it was created by a parent, guardian, or coach acting on the account holder's own authority, consistent with our Privacy Policy and COPPA.
Parents/guardians may request removal of a minor's profile and data at any time — see our account deletion page.
Scouts and recruiters using Scout Access must be adults and must use the App's search/discovery features only for legitimate coaching, recruiting, or scouting purposes.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Adelyons Software LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use (or, for coaches and scouts, your ordinary team-management and scouting activities). This license does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. The Service

Gunnr provides AI-powered grading of football highlight video — position-specific metrics, an overall (OVR) player rating, level-adjusted scoring, projected college-impact ratings, and an NFL baseline comparison; roster management for coaches; and Scout Access, a paid search/filter tool over the player database for recruiters and scouts. Videos you submit are processed in the cloud (including by Google's Gemini AI) as described in our Privacy Policy. Accounts are provided via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter for yourself or for any player profile you create, and for activity that occurs under your account.
Do not impersonate another person, claim an affiliation you do not have (e.g., posing as a coach for a school or team), or misstate a player's age, class, or level.
You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos, and profile information you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you grant Adelyons Software LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process (including AI grading by our service providers), reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the App — including displaying the resulting player profile and metrics to other App users as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights: Only upload video you recorded or have permission to use. If a video shows another identifiable person — especially a minor — you are responsible for having the authority or consent needed to upload it and to create a public profile from it.
Fair play: Do not upload doctored, sped-up, mislabeled, or otherwise manipulated video, or misrepresent whose performance a video shows.
Removal & reporting: We may remove or restrict content, or a player profile, that violates these Terms, misrepresents a real person, or creates risk for other users — particularly minors. To report a profile or video, email dev@adelyons.com.

8. Player Profiles & Scout Access

Player profiles are visible within the App. A summary of every public player profile (name, school, position, headline OVR) is visible to any signed-in user. Subscribers to Scout Access can additionally search, filter, and view the full graded breakdown for any public player — by position, OVR range, individual metric, level, and location radius.

Dedicated upload/roster subscribers see full detail for players on their own roster regardless of Scout Access. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on what's visible to whom.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, bully, stalk, or send unwelcome contact to any user — above all, minor players;
Use Scout Access or any search/discovery feature for any purpose other than legitimate coaching, team management, or scouting;
Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that exposes another person's private information;
Create a duplicate or fraudulent profile, or misrepresent a player's identity, age, level, or achievements;
Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect other users' profiles, statistics, or videos;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, except to the extent permitted by law;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the App's purchase, entitlement, or licensing mechanisms;
Use the App in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.

10. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing

Single Upload is a one-time, consumable purchase that grades one highlight video. It does not renew and carries no trial.
Roster Pro (Small or Team) is a monthly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks uploading for a roster of players, with a bundle of monthly analyses included. The two tiers are independent — there is no shared balance between them.
Scout Access is a separate monthly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks search and filtering across the player database. It does not include upload credits, and a Roster Pro subscription does not include Scout Access.
Free trials: Where a free trial is offered (currently on all three subscription tiers), it is disclosed at the point of purchase. A trial converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Pricing: Current prices, plan options, and any free-trial offer are always shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region and change over time.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Store-managed billing: All purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed there. We never see or store your payment-card details.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel any subscription in your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
Changes: We may change pricing or the features included in each tier with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, software, and all content other than Your Content are owned by Adelyons Software LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App; they do not transfer any ownership rights.

12. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are between you and Adelyons Software LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), the Apple Licensed Application EULA governs for App Store downloads.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Any questions or support requests should be directed to us at dev@adelyons.com.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Google Play — Additional Terms

If you download the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and in-app purchases are subject to Google Play's payment and refund policies.

14. Disclaimers & No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any grade, rating, projection, or comparison will be accurate or complete, or that any player will be discovered, evaluated, or recruited through the App. See also Section 2.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, loss of data, loss of opportunity (including recruiting or scholarship opportunities), or loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adelyons Software LLC from claims arising out of Your Content (including any claim that you lacked the rights or consents required to upload it or to create a public profile from it), your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the App or of information about other users obtained through it.

17. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time, and you may delete your account and associated data as described on our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove your content, or remove a player profile if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk for other users. These Terms continue to apply to your prior use.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute not subject to the rules of the applicable app store will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, to the extent permitted by law.
