This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC ("we", "us") for the Cursive Lens application ("Cursive Lens"). By installing or using Cursive Lens, you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Cursive Lens on any device you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of Cursive Lens; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; (d) use the App to transcribe documents you have no right to use; or (e) use automated means to submit transcription requests in bulk.
Cursive Lens is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. The documents you photograph and the transcripts you produce are yours.
Cursive Lens includes three free transcriptions. Cursive Lens Pro is available as an auto-renewing annual subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial, an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase that does not renew. Because each transcription carries a real processing cost, unlimited use on any plan, including Lifetime, is subject to reasonable fair use. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, and subscriptions are managed in your device's store settings. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Transcripts, summaries, and extracted names, places, and dates are generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. They are a research aid, not a certified transcription and not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on against the original document.
Cursive Lens stores your documents and transcripts on your device and has no account system. Transcription sends the page image to a third-party AI provider for processing; we retain no copy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cursive Lens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from reliance on its output. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Cursive Lens and delete it.
This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC only, not with Apple or Google. The app store provider is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, which may refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider has no other warranty obligation for the App.
