Delete From Within the App
The fastest way to delete your Bloom account is in the app itself: open the menu in the top bar and choose Delete account. This removes your account and all associated data.
Request Deletion by Email
You can also email us at dev@adelyons.com with the subject line Bloom Account Deletion Request. Please send it from the email address associated with your Bloom account.
Include the Following
- The email address associated with your Bloom account.
- Your display name, if available.
- Any details that help us identify the correct account.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your Bloom account.
- Your profile information.
- All of your boxes and the notes within them.
- Any media you uploaded to your boxes.
Before You Submit
If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store before requesting account deletion.
We process deletion requests and remove your data within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes.
