Account Deletion
Request deletion of your Auto Lot Finder account and data
Auto Lot Finder is a B2B asset-tracking service operated by Adelyons Software LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email us at dev@adelyons.com with the subject line Auto Lot Finder Account Deletion Request. We process requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once your data has been removed.
Include the following
- The email address associated with your Auto Lot Finder account.
- Your business / yard name, if available.
- Whether you want your individual user account removed, or the entire organization and all of its data deleted.
- Any details that help us identify the correct account.
If you are an employee and not the account owner, deleting the organization's data requires a request from the account owner. We can remove your individual user account on your own request.
What will be deleted
- Your Auto Lot Finder user account and sign-in records.
- For organization-wide requests: your vehicle inventory (VINs, makes, models, years).
- Zone assignments and vehicle movement / location logs for your yard.
- Sensor bindings and node registrations tied to your organization.
- Any other personal or business data stored on our systems for your account.
Before you submit
If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store before requesting account deletion so you are not billed again.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or billing purposes. Aggregated, anonymized usage data that cannot be tied to your account may be retained.
