These terms govern your use of Afterkind (the “app”), published by Adelyons Software LLC. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the app store’s terms.

The free game and paid content

The core game is free to play. Additional civilizations (“Kind Packs”) are one-time purchases you keep permanently. Afterkind Online is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional content and online features. All purchases are cosmetic or content only; the app never sells competitive advantage.

Subscriptions and billing

Afterkind Online offers a free trial, after which it auto-renews until cancelled.
Billing is handled by the app store on your device. Your account is charged at confirmation and again at each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to disrupt the app or its optional online services, and not to submit unlawful content when publishing a Chronicle.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
