End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Adelyons Software LLC for the use of Afterkind. This is the standard EULA that also satisfies Apple’s Licensed Application requirements.

Scope of license

You are granted a non-transferable license to use Afterkind on any device you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

Auto-renewing subscription (Afterkind Online)

• Title: Afterkind Online.
• Content: Unlocks all Kind Packs while active, plus weekly ranked leaderboards, hosted Chronicles, and cloud save backup.
• Length & price: Offered monthly or annually, with a free trial. The current price and duration are shown on the paywall inside the app before purchase.
• Renewal: Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel in your device’s app store subscription settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

One-time purchases

Kind Packs are non-consumable, one-time purchases. Once bought, they remain available to you and can be restored on your devices via the app store.

No sale of advantage

All purchases unlock content or cosmetics only. Paid civilizations are balanced against the free ones.

Consent to data use

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Warranty & liability

The application is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelyons Software LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages arising from its use.
