End User License Agreement
Effective date: September 18, 2026
1. The Agreement
This EULA is between you and Adelyons Software LLC, not Apple or Google. We, not the store, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. Scope of Licence
You may use the App on any device you own or control, as permitted by the store’s usage rules, including Family Sharing where the store supports it.
3. Purchases
Site packs and the bundle are one-time purchases billed by your store. They do not renew. The Classroom licence is a yearly auto-renewing subscription, with a free trial where offered; it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is managed in your store account settings.
4. Maintenance & Support
We provide support at dev@adelyons.com. The stores have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
5. Warranty
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the store, which may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the store has no other warranty obligation for the App.
6. Product Claims
We, not the store, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
7. Intellectual Property
If a third party claims the App infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not the store, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
8. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Third-Party Terms & Attribution
Terrain: Mapzen / AWS Terrain Tiles, derived from SRTM, USGS 3DEP and UK Environment Agency LiDAR (open data). Skies and materials: Poly Haven (CC0). Fonts: Newsreader and Manrope (SIL Open Font License). Engine: Godot (MIT). The full list is in the App under Settings → Credits.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
