Delete class data
Farstep has no accounts. The only data we hold on a server belongs to class codes from the Classroom licence: the code, the teacher’s anonymous install id, the licence expiry, and one anonymous install id per student device seat.
Delete it in the app (instant)
On the teacher’s device: Settings → Classroom → Delete my class. The code and every seat are deleted from our server immediately and student devices relock the next time they check in. Reset seats deletes just the seats.
Or ask us
Email dev@adelyons.com with the class code. We delete the class and its seats within 30 days and confirm by reply. A school or parent can ask us to remove a single student device’s seat the same way.
What isn’t on our server
Passport stamps, settings and progress stay on each phone and are deleted with the app. Purchases are held by the App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat; manage or cancel them in your store account.
